Returns

We may accept change of mind returns within 5 calendar days of delivery, provided the product is completely unopened, unused and in its original condition with all packaging, seals, labels and accessories intact.

Products that have been opened, used, damaged, altered or show any signs of use cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was damaged during delivery.

For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, opened fragrances, diffusers, scented products, sealed products and other items that cannot reasonably be resold as new are not eligible for change of mind returns.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Change of mind return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. Where an item is confirmed as defective, incorrect or damaged during delivery, Gifted Products will arrange the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy .
